Kit homes
Kit home designs can be tailored to individual budgets and tastes more easily than off the plan project style houses. Traditionally, kit home construction has appealed to the owner builder, but here in the Blue Mountains many opportunities exist for cost effective building of new homes, holiday home and granny flats using kit home plans.
Building a home using a kit home offers a more personal relationship with the builder, sub-contractors and potentially more control over your build. This sometimes appeals to Blue Mountains residents who have chosen secluded or difficult sites.
Richard is a recommended installer for Kitome and has used several of their kits in different sites in the mountains. He has also built Paal steel framed homes.
