Extensions
An extension to your home involves modifying and expanding the building envelope. This could include second storey additions, filling in under the house, or adding new bedrooms, rumpus, casual dining and games or spa rooms.
Extending your home is sometimes the best solution in creating extra space for a growing family especially once you are settled in a locality close to schools and friends. Extensions can have a positive impact on the value of your home, but one of the best reasons to extend your home is to improve liveability.
Undertaking an extensive building project, such as adding a second storey can be very disruptive. Depending on the nature of your extension it may be necessary for you to temporarily vacate the house. This should be factored into the overall budget and timelines for your project.
